There is something great about soaring at 40,000 feet, especially as the sun is setting to the west. Sometimes living in Pittsburgh, you start to believe that the sun does not exist above all the clouds, grey skies and storms. It’s moments like that help remind me of what a wonderful world we live in.
We are back on the trying new places kick that we did in Milwaukee. I wanted to do mussels, but somebody mentioned there was a new place we should try. Raw oysters from New Brunswick, Shrimp and grits, baked oysters with yummy cornbread, and east south lobster roll well buttered were all on the menu. They called it Muddy Waters Oyster Bar. Hello East Liberty!
