The first Saturday of 2021 started like a lot of Saturday’s during 2020 lockdown. We had a little zoom call with the Arrigo cousins. This time around we only had representation from Charleroi, Virginia, West Virginia and my office. Ryan was out working on his swing as he’s realized he’s only a few lessons away from getting under 80 consistently. We’ve made it to 2021 and some of us have a plan to get our covid-19 vaccines, others have no […]
You may want to bust out your calculator or spreadsheet in 2020, to half or quarter your recipes from past years. Be smart, be safe, if meeting with people outside your bubble mask up and meet outside. If eating with said people, have a chef plate the meals and a masked server serve the meals. In the north set up your garage for dinner, open the door and create mini-pod tables instead of a grand table. If you are lucky […]
Hey Bob- I was thinking about you even before we talked yesterday! I know somedays when we turn on Netflix and see what’s trending we wonder what’s going on with humanity, but yesterday I gave in to the trending and appreciated one of the documentaries. Thank goodness our Florida home offers several avenues to grocery shop on line, so here’s our experience with Walmart Click and Publix via Instacart. Walmart is a breeze. Just go to the Walmart.com web site, go to the bottom […]

Tuesday would be the big chest day to get full utilization of the decline, incline and flat benches. Never did I ever think going to PF and having only smith machines, matrix and hammer strength machines would be enough. Then life decided to change things up for me and being able to find a […]
Who said you need to have pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving? After living in Wisconsin, how could you not have a Kringle for your morning gatherings? Or if you’ve been in the gulf coast region there is the King Cake. Unfortunately if you are living in PA, OH ships the Kringles, Paul’s ships the king cake year round. . .trying too find the perfect one is a little more challenging. Our friends in Pensacola were nice enough to summarize these earlier […]
