What do you train for? This has been one of my questions to all of the soccer players that I have coached. In the spirit of sharing best practices and trying to make competition fitter, stronger and more productive as Radiohead used to say, I figured I could start with the basics. For newbies the basics are starting out 2-3 times per week, just doing one set to exhaustion or for one minute using two count on extension and two […]
Reba and Crosby are very grateful dogs. They have a great house or maybe they should make it plural. They were happy with the river, Charleroi, A-wall, little Boston, Canal Winchester, Upper Arlington, Monongahela or Destin. Filet, filet, filet filet. That’s to be sung […]

Could the Allegheny River be on the verge of getting new technology? Or could Potter County be the location for the next clean water environmental camp?OK, maybe not it’s not going to be in East Brady, but definitely in Coudersport. It looks like the battle started over a year ago and the PA DEP is finally getting around to hearings for the needed permits to discharge treated frack water into the Allegheny River via the municipal treatment plant in Coudersport.
