What book are you reading right now?
It’s been almost 25 years since I first visited this text. It’s only appropriate that I decided to pick this up again as my Audible read the week before the election in the United States.
The thinkers or the looters? Socialism or capitalism? The men who labor or the men who get rich from their labor. The leaders who lead with fear and power in the name of humanity. I know the story of how capitalism will save us may not completely build better communities, but in this time of deception and mixed messaging, the number one thing we need to keep doing is ask WHY?
We must continue to use our minds. We must continue to build better communities by connection with each other on a daily basis. Listening to each others fears and allowing us to separate the fiction from the facts. Too often we are presented only with one side of a story through the fiction that is now controlled by a limited faction.
Continue to be a seeker.
Seek up the truth. Be the light that this world needs now more than ever.
Let the games begin in 2024.
Who is John Galt?
We must want to change and be the change. If we keep thinking one man can be the change agent we open ourselves up for one chaos experiment after another. We must be the change and create the change collaboratively. Collaborative communities are ones where I choose to live and will continue to choose to live going forward.
