First we made a giant mistake. We were trying to fit golf in between the rain and going to the Ball Bros for their Labour At Valencia Bash. We picked Bonny Brook Hunting Preserve instead of the predictable home course of the Ball Bros. Pheasant Ridge Golf Club. our audience didn’t appreciate the holiday rates.

Round two was at the home course Clarion Oaks. A little speed golf before the heavy rains came in for the day. The front 9 was definitely wet but the skies did not open for the first hour of play. The back nine however was a good around in order to knock off all the holes and get out of the steady downpour. There were a few moments where the grips slipped.
