Something about a chef looking to pair the elements with the courses of the meal. Our first night in Quintana Roo we did dinner at Palafitos Wine Bar Restaurant at El Dorado Maroma. The five course meal was presented better than my 8th grade science project, complete with oysters in volcano mode. The service that night from David, Miguel and Amado was just as amazing as the presentation.

Definitely a step up from our travel snacks on the flight from Newark that was delayed due to United’s issues. I’m still waiting for my apology.
