There is no better way to spend New Year’s Day than on a road trip with a book that talks about searching for hidden treasure or becoming a dragon rider. While some were sleeping in after partying into the New Year others were on the road home. We did want to take a trip down Broadway to capture the Batman Building in light of what happened earlier this morning in New Orleans on Bourbon Street. In Nashville there are barriers on the sidewalk along the two way traffic of Broadway. If there is a will to send terror through the hearts of America there are many places that could be taken with a vehicle as the New Orleans attack has shown. We just don’t ever think of it on a daily basis.

There is also no better way to feel back at home in January than a good snow fall.
