I’m not quite sure when it started, but there is something about a soft shell crab. While I’m not usually a fan of fried this or that, a soft shell crab is another story. The oozing texture is just a little bit of bay yummy. Their beef queso dip was a simple addition to the old Bar 48 queso. Definitely going for the baked oysters next time.
