Yes it is that cold in Pittsburgh.

Yes we had this same cold in Oak Creek when we lived there.

The official rule for today is no walk outside. When we roam our back yard we are on a 5 minute. Even if we try to water the plastic lawn, it pretty much freezes as soon as it leaves us.

Luckily we did have a nice much warmer walk around Highland Park the other day so our sniffers were able to have fun smells. Hello weekend warmup we are ready for you.
