We can also alter this into a Cashew Milk instead of almond milk. Apparently our own soacke Cashew Milk can be good for making shakes.

When trying a new food group, start with desert!

Tonight was a Smirnoff Chocolate Cashew Delight. 

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1 cup filtered H2O
  • 1/4 cup Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 shots of vodka

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 90 seconds or until all ingredients are liquefied. Pour over crushed ice and swirl extra chocolate syrup to taste.


Did you see this recipe? It may give you a little more freedom to experiment here. Your recipe sounds good, but we may want to expeirment with some added protein. Do you have the dietary projections on the one you sent? Do we want to contemplate doing these a little smaller instead of one big cheesecake.
