I like my breast meat juicy and moist.

Did you have this discussion in your house? This Thanksgiving Day did you use technology or tradition to determine when the bird’s cooking cycle was completed?

Technology is a must, especially for farm grazed and fed turkey.

If you know where your turkey comes from in 2024, you are ahead of the game. Too many American’s forget the plight of the family farmer. Willie, John, Neil and Dave are still telling the struggles of the family farmer in the ever present factory farms and giant seed companies. If you think the farm bill is for farmers take a minute to read it and then reach out to your congressional representative. Too many lobbyists for large corporate interests have written the farm bill over the years and often the farmer in your neighborhood is not getting a fair shake.

Be grateful this holiday for the family farmer. . . read the farm bill. Reach out to your representative. No Farmers, no food. Grocery prices were not the problem. . . eat local.
