This is our new beginning. I’ve mastered the jugo verde from Mexico in the Ninja and tonight we’ll be trying a baked ricotta. Finally at Day 8 and some meds have been added to help the brain with cravings, impulses and cravings. One day at a time, one experiment at a time. Oats, Bloobs, Milk and Vanilla Isopure has been my friend.
