  • Add only ONE food at a time
  • Cottage cheese (4%-whole fat)
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Soft Tofu
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP)
  • Egg, chicken, tuna salad (canned chicken, tuna, salmon)
  • Refried beans
  • String cheese or soft cheese like laughing cow
  • Cooked through vegetables

This is our new beginning. I’ve mastered the jugo verde from Mexico in the Ninja and tonight we’ll be trying a baked ricotta. Finally at Day 8 and some meds have been added to help the brain with cravings, impulses and cravings. One day at a time, one experiment at a time. Oats, Bloobs, Milk and Vanilla Isopure has been my friend.
