If there was such as a thing as a soundtrack behind my life, I’d say there is a whole lot of DMB with a smathering of everything else I grew up dancing to from my childhood until now.

Dance is one of those total body movements that not only resets my groove, but also resets my brain. I’ve always had a form of music in my life since my first drum set.
There was slow dancing to Crazy For You by Madonna and setting fire to everything with DMB on Grey Street. I wanted a perfect body with Creep by Radiohead. I’ll never forget that night when I was lost somewhere in NYC Central Park and being a Dancing Nancie’s.
There was the music video way before a smart phone for Like a Prayer and Round Here.
There was that first show in Kennedy Hall to Alanis Morrisette with Ironic and You Ought to know.
This one time at band camp we learned how to blow our horn and have some fun, along with marching to the Pennsylvania Polka.
