Practicing Gratitude in a world where we are constantly running.

This post was started a while ago and I just realized it was never published but pertained to discussing kindness, beauty and gratitude.

It is November and the entire world is taking the next month to pause over the biggest sporting event on the planet. This edition of the tournament is full of firsts and plenty of headlines focused around how certain cultures approach humanity. Here in the US world football is secondary to the NFL. Our passion for the beautiful game is just in its infancy if you don’t count all of the old world immigrants that helped found most towns along the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers. Remember Dunlevy, Harmarville and Heidelberg.

Phoebe and Crawford are two Bridge to Home rescue dogs living their best life together in Aspinwall. They get out daily in nature, take their humans for walks and coffee. Peloton and Place is Crawford’s training game. When we are not sleeping on a couch, we are chasing squirrels and birds in our backyard.
