Ok so how is this all going to come together?

Hear ye, hear ye our Christmas special menu follows:

  • Chartucerie and Cheese Plates
  • Heirloom tomatoes with basil and balsamic
  • Arrigo Italian Stuffing
  • Grass Fed Beef
  • Wild caught prawns of the sea in a garlic butter reduction
  • Broccoli
  • Blended Potatoes traditional style
  • Cookies, pies, tiramisu
  • Coffee, Tea
  • Vino y cerveza.
  1. Heat stuffing in crock pot 2-3 hours on low.
  2. Cook veggies
  3. Heat potatoes 40 minutes 325-350.
  4. Cook beef
  5. Pan cook prawns with drawn butter.
  6. Put out cheese and prosciutto.
  7. Dinner at 4 just before Christmas kickoff.
