It may not be Farm Aid concert season, but it is the season to enjoy the harvest, give thanks for the food we eat, and support your local family farmer.
This afternoon, I received a call from the Jones Turkey Farm. They have birds that need to be served for the holiday.
One of our turkey farmer’s from this Thanksgiving is running a $2/lb special. He has lot’s of turkey’s looking for tables for this Christmas. He will be selling them from his farm in Cabot on December 21 and 22 from 9-3.
We are planning on another 17 pounder to grill along with our grass fed beef from Pittsburger Highland Beef.
