Linds- it’s really simple.
- 1 pound of either sweet or hot Italian sausage (preferably loose and not in casing)
- 1 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of bisquick
Preheat oven to 400F
Evenly mix all items by hand in a large mixing ball.
Once evenly mixed roll into 1″ balls, place on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes then flip or roll balls, bake 5-10 more.

In other news, new housing starts are being reported as started by Reba and Crosby. Their walk on the Delaware YMCA soccer field trail was interrupted by NEW CONSTRUCTION. I wonder if that would be good for the vinyl producers.
