Linds- it’s really simple.

  • 1 pound of either sweet or hot Italian sausage (preferably loose and not in casing)
  • 1 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of bisquick

Preheat oven to 400F

Evenly mix all items by hand in a large mixing ball.

Once evenly mixed roll into 1″ balls, place on greased baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes then flip or roll balls, bake 5-10 more.

Note the sausage balls in the white pot.

In other news, new housing starts are being reported as started by Reba and Crosby. Their walk on the Delaware YMCA soccer field trail was interrupted by NEW CONSTRUCTION. I wonder if that would be good for the vinyl producers.IMG_1577IMG_1581IMG_1583IMG_1586IMG_1589IMG_1592
