Let’s talk about these unlawful tariffs. . .

Based on what the Supreme Court ruled last Friday– The Trump Tariffs are unlawful. Our dad said–As an importer of record he’d be filing a claim for duty drawback. However the procedures were not likely to be developed until after this Tariff Trump was out of office. As consumers of all things dog–dad said that we were still holding the consumption tax bag. Apparently mom and dad had to pay extra taxes on everything they purchased for us since these magical tariffs were imposed. Mom and dad apparently don’t feel liberated by this court decision. As dog consumers we have no standing to claim refunds on this tariff tax. Dad said our personal inflation has been up ever since the prices on our consumption were increased to cover these tariffs. Apparently that means all of our toys, leashes, harnesses, lights, winter coats and dog blankets cost more since they were imported. Tell us these tariffs really weren’t a consumption tax on every American, without telling us.

Taxation without representation, until our Congress gets their balls back. Our dogs would like a refund on all their extra taxes on toys, meds, food, jackets, harnesses and leashes purchased since April 2025 to now. Where do we file?
