Second floor bathroom 7’x12′ with white tile from floor to 5′ up.
Remove Wallpaper, paint bathroom light grey, possibly replace medicine cabinet – will supply.
Master bed. 15’x15′
Remove wallpaper from wall to wall, broken up by chair rail, paint light shade of cream or gray. Guessing this is the challenge room with the wallpaper and need to prime/prep surface after removal.
Guest bed. 20’x16′
remove 12″ boarder around entire room, paint walls either a grey or a light cream. Sand and stain interior window frame. UV exposure.
Basement Shower, melamine type surface is showing age around the fiberglass shower, just looking to freshen it up, not sure if it can be sanded.
CLOSET Basement
Dining room 18’x16′ ceiling sand and paint ceiling. We are keeping the wallpaper up.
