Gratitude. . .

What is your Gratitude Practice?

A vibrant LEGO scene spells out ‘GRATITUDE’ with a family and dogs in a bright countryside setting.

Is it a belly rub with the furry friends?

Is it stepping onto the practice range allowing you to find your balance before starting a round of golf?

A detailed LEGO model showing a lively golf course and driving range with many minifigures practicing their swings.

Or maybe stepping into the first tee box, knowing you have a 18 holes ahead of you?

Is it in the center circle before kickoff?

Is It out on the river?

Maybe it’s how you greet the people in your life everyday?

Some may find that a place of worship–church, synagogue or mosque to trigger their gratitude practice.

Others need to get out in nature with a hike or a bike to connect their nervous system with the Earth.

Maybe it’s when you are on the elevator from 17 to 18 knowing that it was designed in 1882 and you hope it has been updated several times since then?

Or maybe just maybe it happens when you realize your little secret still hasn’t been revealed?
