In cleaning out my spam folder this morning I found a scorecard from a recent round of golf. Let’s just say sand, water, wetlands and golfballs don’t mix for some golfers, especially this casual one. If only the ball were bigger and it could be kicked, punted, thrown. . .
Some people take towels and a chair to play in the sand, but it can be a little more fun with a wedge.
Why does one who is not going to make par, go out to golf? Fresh air, sunshine, being one with the ball and camaraderie are all perfect reasons to take up the game.
