If the new map stands the town of Charleroi is no longer a town divided!
Based on the current map all of Washington county is in the same Congressional district for the United States Congress. I’m not quite sure why they split Westmoreland where they did, but at least this map doesn’t look as spiny as a porcupine.
If you really want to believe that PA wasn’t gerrymandered then explain how Charleroi could be split into two districts!
