There were no comments on the picture from the wedding. We were hoping to have a good story to make up for the lack of posts during the Dave and Tim road trip.

It is completed. It was nice to spend time with Max, Grace, Sarah, Matthew, RJ, Nancy and Bill. Oh and Dancing like Nancies to Dave and Tim is always memorable. Funny the Way it Is; I put Max’s leg support harness on backwards.

Dave and Tim in West Philly was awesome. The Penguin shirt in Flyer Country really made the night, especially as the Penguins struggled with the Pred’s in Nashville. I guess the next road trip Florida will need to go through the other side of Tennessee.

Yes, I finally made it to the Warhouse, not Warehouse for a workout in Reading. This is DLB and Rob’s hard core gym. This is not your Planet Fitness. They even have a fun Basement.

So the question is why go to more than one Dave and Tim show? I will always take back to back Crush, Two Step, 41 and Cornbread. Let’s just say KASHMIR by Tim all by himself is amazing, capturing all the levels of Led Zepplin. Oh and this was RJ’s first Dave show and Matthew’s first ever concert!

The trip to Rochester was extremely nice meeting up with Nancy and Bill for Red and Whites. I never knew there was such a thing when it came to hot dogs. My last trip was in 2010 when the full band played Buffalo.

Ok name the year?

This one was a little more challenging as three days straight of driving is never fun, however there is no other good way to go from PIT-PHL-ROC.

I came back to Charleroi to find a new coffee house was opened. #Perkedupcafe

  • BBQ Place
  • Full Service Restaurant and Pizza Place
  • Drug Stores
  • Bake Shop
  • Coffee Shop
  • Brew Pub (coming soon)

This is all walk-able and on a bus line with service to Pittsburgh or California University of PA. Hmmmm.

Gentrification is a process of renovation of deteriorated urban neighborhoods by means of the influx of more affluent residents.[1][2] This is a common and controversial topic in politics and in urban planning. Conversations surrounding gentrification have evolved, as many in the social-scientific community have questioned the negative connotations associated with the word gentrification. One example is that gentrification likely leads to more displacement for lower-income families in gentrifying neighborhoods, however every neighborhood faces unique challenges and reasons for displacement vary.[3][4][5][6][7][8]

Gentrification is typically the result of increased interest in a certain environment. Early “gentrifiers” may belong to low-income artist or boheme communities, which increase the attractiveness and flair of a certain quarter. Further steps are increased investments in a community and the related infrastructure by real estate development businesses, local government, or community activists and resulting economic development, increased attraction of business and lower crime rates. In addition to these potential benefits, gentrification can lead to population migration.
