We noticed on our walk today that a public notice is still posted on the old stadium. After seeing the Atlas demolition work and keeping a safe distance from the workers we find this new public hearing notice in a place nobody walks past to be a bit archaic.
Due to its location on the floodplain side of the NS Tracks we are proposing dog friendly condos with field level parking and a courtyard that is covered in field turf so we can go outside and play with our friends. If they build the condos that may be the first sign that dogs and humans will get their riverfront back from the corporations or may start the process of shared access.
If the lock and dam project was not going to raise the pool we would have proposed an Oakmont type solution.
Google tells us that this may have already been sold but we are not buying those dog bones seeing this public hearing.
